As with any government, large or small, the administrative staff is indispensable in order to ensure successful, smooth operations on a daily basis. The needs each district faces will be unique to that district in some instances (e.g. water utility issues, gatehouse operations), while at the same time, all districts will need to have the same questions answered at the same time (e.g., budgets, elections, meeting dates).
Our local Celebration office performs many administrative duties for each district client, including some services and functions listed below. The recording secretarial staff at Inframark facilitates many administrative functions as well as the recording secretary functions related to their role as the official records keeper of district records. The administrative staff will treat each Board of Supervisors individually and professionally, providing excellent customer service and satisfaction, and responding to each request in a timely manner.
- Answering all incoming phone calls and emails
- Advertising and setting up each meeting
- Transcribing the minutes for each meeting, hearing, and workshop in a prompt manner
- Keeping the official records for the district orderly and available for public inspection
- Communicating with other governmental agencies, including the Department of Economic Opportunity and County governments for required disclosures
- Corresponding with other staff members and professionals related to each district’s needs and concerns
- Processing and approving all administrative invoices for each district in a timely manner
- Assisting with the collection of information and preparation of budgets
