The field staff serving our district clients is second to none, specializing in the areas of field management, irrigation services, electrical services, painting, masonry, and general maintenance and upkeep of common area facilities. This team is well qualified in their respective fields of expertise, and the entire field staff works together as a team to accomplish the needs and goals of each district. These individuals are also committed to excellent customer service and satisfaction, and each one is dedicated to serving each district as though it is our only client.
- Providing onsite management and supervision of all field operations contracts, including landscaping, irrigation, aquatic weed control, and water utilities
- Coordinating regular meetings with contractors and service providers to address contract provisions and unscheduled activities on a proactive basis
- Coordinating staff on a daily and weekly basis to maintain all common areas and responding to unscheduled maintenance activities
- Preparing reports and updates at the district’s request
- Managing any recreation center or gatehouse cards and activities as appropriate
- Providing price proposals for increased or renewed maintenance services
- Responding immediately to emergency field maintenance issues (e.g., wind storm or hurricane damage, vandalism, equipment breakdown)
